PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Let’s Talk!!!!

I have enjoyed the opportunity to visit with many of you at our recent meetings. I know your children are more important than anything in your lives, but it is always a good reminder for me to see children with their families – to see the smiles, the love and the care. Each day I leave school with a renewed sense of the great importance of the work we do with and for children. Your kindness and warmth as you chat with me and the teachers or even as you ask questions concerning the matters that we talk about means a great deal – so thank you, and please continue to check in throughout the year. I’m always interested in what’s going on with you and your family.

We have completed our beginning of the year (BOY) testing with i-Ready and Star and our first nine weeks testing (1NW). This data lets us know what we need to do and what we need to work on with our students for the second nine weeks (2NW). We trust that you will send your children to school so that we may work with them.
